I am a firm believer in the power of therapy to change lives for the better. Working with a combination of short term and long term goals, I aim to help you make adjustments to relieve difficulties now as well as make lasting changes. I approach therapy differently for each client in order to make the process most effective for you. Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Dialectical Behavioral therapy, relational therapy and psychodynamic theory, I have developed a full spectrum of tools for you to employ. It’s important to me that we go at the pace that works for you in order to create the changes that you prioritize to create a more satisfying and productive life.
Each person is a unique intersection of culture, race, identification, sexuality and experience. I work to understand how these factors have shaped and influenced your past while moving forward to develop a happier future.
After graduating from University of San Francisco with a degree in Counseling Psychology I have worked with adults, adolescents, youth, couples and families. Please contact me so that we can talk more in depth about whether working together would be a fit.
